Our offerings include help desk management, systems management and migration, network management and messaging services. We offer Global IT Services clients with high quality, 24 hour, seven day a week support services with 2 to 4 hour on site support by leveraging our expertise in managing IT infrastructure for our clients worldwide. We use a shared service facility in India and South Dekota to focus on this work.

We focus our customer service/call center operation on technical and financial troubleshooting on a b2b and b2c basis. Our call centers directly interact with an institutions personel and provide troubleshooting capability to them or directly interact with the customer and respond to their concern.
Maintenance and Support
We will offer an array of software maintenance and support services to our customers. Our support organization will provides services seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. We have a centralized support organization in New York City and contractual support from major equipment vendors such as Adtran amd IBM, CISCO, Polycom and Dell to ensure global coverage for our customers. This center will provide the infrastructure for our around-the-clock call centers and hotline support with a state of the art RT ticketing system. We offer a range of support packages that allow our customers to choose the level of support that fits the needs and budgets of their organizations. Customers also have access to on-site support, which is charged on a time and materials basis. Or is given as a prt of the totl care package for those customers that are utillizing our Telecommunicaton services
