Mr. Hynes Has a Masters degree in Education. He is a stabilizing force in the company and makes executive decisions that are both business and humanistic. This gives the personnel of QuickSilver Telecommunciations and our customers a sense of stability. 

Kazuha Hynes Owner and Treasurer

Mark T. Hynes IT is a veteran of the United States Navy and has 21 years experience in the technical services area. Mark was instrumental in the development of JAVA. Job Activation and Verification Agent. While Chief Unix Systems Administrator at Lehman Brothers.  Mark Has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Bio-Chemistry. Mark has been involved in designing state of the art programs for complex Data-Bases and Communications systems for Norwegian and Swedish Brokerage firms. Since 1992 and the formation of NEKO International Computers Inc. Mark has been involved in the formation of royalty calculation programs for FANIA records a leader in the Latin Music Industry.
